Having used RPJ Property Maintenance on a previous major project, I didn’t hesitate upon purchase of our latest property to ask him to quote for completing the work. This is a late 1800’s built terraced house in need of a complete major overhaul inclusive of plastering, fitting of a new kitchen, bathroom, internal doors, flooring. The list goes on. Pete carried out some repair work which involved knocking out some plaster and replastering, the work has been done to a very high standard and I found him to be very courteous in protecting the flooring and making sure everything was tidied up. Pete is friendly, efficient and helpful and I would have no hesitation in recommending him for multiple different Jobs.
